ORDER PROCESSING

Seven Kyoobd currently has a 24-48 business hours processing time for all orders (excluding wholesale and private label orders) regardless of the shipping method chosen.

Business hours are Monday thru Friday & any order placed over the weekend will be processed as soon as we return to the shop on Monday!

ORDER SHIPPING

***PLEASE NOTE*** Due to extreme heat during certain months in Alabama, we will only ship Monday through Thursday to ensure your candle(s) are in the best condition upon arrival.  This is typically May through September in Alabama. 

Starting October through April we will ship Monday through Friday.  We do not ship on nationally celebrated holidays.

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has left our business. 

Seven Kyoobd currently ships all orders via USPS or UPS from Hoover, AL. 

DAMAGED | MISSING | STOLEN PACKAGE

All sales are final. Items are quality checked upon departure from our location. We are not responsible for damages once items have been shipped. We also are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.

However, we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS or UPS by providing necessary information. The customer will have to file a claim online with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm  and UPS at https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.page

Please take pictures of the damaged items and the damage done to the box itself, including all 6 sides as well as the shipping label. Please include photos of the packing materials and any other proof you think may support your claim. If you do not follow these steps, USPS and UPS may deny your claim. Also, USPS and UPS may ask that you bring the damaged item, package, and packing materials to your local USPS/UPS office which is why the customer must file a claim.
